At KG Associates, we understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request order cancellation if:
The cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.
The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, customers may need to follow our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product.
3. Custom or Special Orders
Orders for customized machinery, special equipment, or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production or sourcing has started.
4. Cancellation by KG Associates
KG Associates reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues or verification failure
Suspected fraudulent transactions
If an order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
